Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched we can no longer make changes, but we'll always try our best.

We accept bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments). Once your order is placed you'll see our bank details on the confirmation page — just use your order reference as the payment reference and your order will be confirmed once payment clears.

Our shito contains dried fish, so it is not vegan. Each product page shows full ingredient and allergen information.

How should I store the products?

Store unopened products in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within the timeframe on the label. Best used within 8 weeks of opening.
